Salisbury: Woman Jumped by Strong Arm Robber Wednesday Morning for Her Pocketbook and Cash on E. Lafayette Street

♦ According to Salisbury Police sources Judith Marie Wolfe, 58, a housecleaner living on Jackson Road, was the victim of a “robbery-strong arm no weapon” in a parking area between two apartment buildings early Wednesday morning at 825 E. Lafayette Street.  The robber, someone with whom Wolfe was acquainted, forcefully snatched her pocketbook as she approached her SUV. Fortunately she sustained no injuries.  The crime was reported to 911 Dispatch at 5:43 a.m. and brought officers to the apartment complex on E. Lafayette Street.

While the crime remains under investigation, no suspects have been named at this point.
