Salisbury: Night Out Turns into Nightmare as Couple Gets Burglarized Saturday at Econo Lodge at 1328 S. Jake Alexander Blvd for $500 Cash

♦ According to Salisbury Police sources Kimberly Latricia Vaughters, 38, and Eric Tjuan Harris, 41, both living 617 E. Liberty in Salisbury, were victims of “burglary-unlawful entry” and “larceny-all other” when a stranger entered the door to their room and snatched $80 from Vaughters and $420 from Harris.  No one was injured. The crime was reported to 911 Dispatch at 8:36 p.m. and brought officers to the motel on S. Jake Alexander Boulevard.

Perhaps security camera videos will help identify the burglar.

At this time no arrests have been made and no suspects identified.
