Salisbury: Cedric Bost Arrested Monday on Mocksville Ave. Allegedly for Rape and other Felonious Charges Leading to a Million Dollar Bond

♦ According to Salisbury Police sources Cedric Myron Bost, 43, of 1121 Holmes Avenue in Salisbury was arrested yesterday at 612 Mocksville Avenue for allegedly raping (first degree), assaulting with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, kidnapping, assaulting a female, sexual offense (first degree/force), sexual battery, ethnic intimidation, and other felonious charges against a woman in Davie County, N.C. On May 4th multiple NCAWARE warrants was issued for Bost’s arrest in Davie County.

Mr. Bost is currently being held in the Rowan County Detention Center under a secured $1,002,000 bond. Bost will be brought to Davie County where he will make his first court appearance on June 4th. He has one charge against him in Salisbury: “assault on a female”.

Also on Monday Bost was named the victim of an “assault-simple physical” at his home at 1121 Holmes Avenue in Salisbury.  He sustained minor injuries to his face.  Alcohol was involved.  A second victim was named in the assault: Kara Antoinette Herndon, 35, who lived at the same address as Bost.

Later Bost was transported to Novant Health Rowan Regional Medical Center by Rowan EMS for a head trauma evaluation. When he was cleared for release, Salisbury Police Officers arrested Bost.
