Salisbury: Tai Mosley, 19, Allegedly Batters 15 Year-Old-Boy in Lopsided Cannon Park Beating Saturday. Police Arrest Mosley Sunday

♦ According to Salisbury Police sources Tai Mosley, 19, living at 228 Rowan Mill Road, was arrested Sunday at 12:09 p.m. at his residence and charged with “assault inflicting serious bodily injury” for allegedly administering a brutal beating to an unidentified 15 year-old boy in Cannon Park, 611 Park Avenue on Saturday around 7:12 p.m.

A resident who witnessed the alleged beating said the 15 year-old was being badly battered by the larger Mosely from the start.  After catching several heavy-handed punches, the 15 year-old went down. He showed heart staggering back up even though his legs appeared disconnected from his “control panel” and his face was badly swollen and bloodied.

A few young people at the alleged scene, laughed and taunted the younger teen. The mismatch ended quickly.  It is not known if emergency services drove the injured minor to the hospital.

Mosley left Cannon Park before police cars pulled into the area.
