Salisbury: Brian Leach Arrested on February 14th for the Alleged Brutal Beating and Strong Arm Robbery of Margarita Delarosa

♦ According to Salisbury Police sources Brian Demetries Leach, Jr., 39, living at 1300 Old Concord Road in Salisbury was arrested on Wednesday February 14th, 2018 for the alleged brutal beating and strong arm robbery of Margarita Delarosa on March 6th, 2014. Also it was also reported that Leach was charged with alleged “ethnic intimidation” of Salisbury Police Officer M.L Dishman when Leach, during his arrest, threatened the officer because of his race and color.

According to the arrest warrants Leach allegedly stole Margarita Delarosa’s pocketbook and mobile phone valued at $100 during his alleged violent assault. Further it was alleged that Leach punched Delarosa repeatedly in her face, inflicting serious injury, breaking her nose, bursting her mouth, lips, and cheeks requiring multiple stitches.

Under a secured $50,000 bond, Leach was being held in the Rowan County Detention Center. He has since been transferred to another facility due to his parole violation.
