Salisbury: Billy Ray Drye Busted at 217 N. Long Street for an Alleged Break-in and a Warrant for Obtaining Property by False Pretenses

♦ According to Salisbury Police sources Billy Ray Drye, 43, of 310 Miller Avenue in E. Spencer, was arrested Wednesday at 217 N. Long Street at 8:06 p.m. for an alleged break-in and an outstanding warrant for obtaining property by false pretenses.  Drye was arrested by officers responding to a call for a burglary in progress at 217 N. Long Street (a kitchen for Rowan Helping Ministries).  A restricted juvenile was the alleged victim of the burglary.

Under a secured $2,500 bond, Drye is currently being held in the Rowan County Detention Center.
