Salisbury: Burglar “Rocks” Shoe Carnival’s Window During Break-in at Wallace Commons Sunday. Window Damage Assessed at $1,500

♦ According to Salisbury Police sources Shoe Carnival at 1435 Klumac Road (Wallace Commons) in Salisbury was the victim of “burglary-forcible entry” Sunday. The burglar gained entry at the front of the store by shattering a glass window (valued at $1,500) with a (rock, brick, cinder block, etc.)  At the time of this writing no accounting was made of any product or money stolen during the incident.  No one was injured. The alarm was set off and the crime was reported at 4:01 a.m.

The burglary remains under investigation.  At this time no suspects have been named.
