Salisbury: Woman Strong Armed Robbed Thursday Night for $17 in a Parking Lot off W. Jake Alexander Boulevard

♦ Salisbury Police sources report that Theresa Hartsell, 48, living on Lincolnton Road, was a victim of a “robbery-strong arm no weapon” on Thursday night in a parking lot at 708 W. Jake Alexander Boulevard.  Sustaining minor injuries in the encounter, Hartsell gave up $17 in cash to the robber.  The crime was reported to 911 dispatch at 8:58 a.m. and brought officers to the area.

The case remains under investigation.  No arrests have been made at this time:
