♦ The non-stop criminal siege of the Salisbury business community continues.  Arsons, break-ins and burglaries, armed robberies, shoplifting, strong arm robberies, truckjacking, embezzlements, gasoline siphoning, credit card skimming, counterfeiting, pizza delivery robberies, cab driver stick ups, construction site pillaging, and credit card fraud for starters.  No business is safe.  It was only a few years back when a train was robbed in Salisbury.  Maybe 2018 will be the year a FedEx Jet will be hijacked at our regional airport?  Keep your security cameras updated, alarms on, and a Glock in your drawer.

According to Salisbury Police sources Salisbury Metal Products Company, at 3001 S. Main Street in Salisbury was a victim of “burglary–forcible entry” and “larceny-from building” on Wednesday January 1st.  Burglars used a prying tool to force open a window and gain entry.  The metal men stole $800 worth of brass scrap. The crime was reported to 911 dispatch at 7:17 a.m. Salisbury police responded soon afterwards.
