Salisbury: It’s Fashion and Cato Clothing Stores on 130 Freeland Drive Get Their Windows “Rocked” During New Years Eve Burglaries

♦ Salisbury Police sources report that “It’s Fashion” and “Cato”, two clothing stores on 130 Freeland Drive were victims of “burglary-forcible entry” when their windows were “rocked” by burglars just after 6 p.m. on New Years Eve.  The smash n’ grab burglaries caused $1,100 worth of damage to the window and floor at Cato and $1,000 worth of window damage at It’s Fashion.  No records at this time of stolen merchandise at either store.  Cato’s crime was reported to 911 dispatch at 6:08 p.m. and It’s Fashion reported their crime to 911 dispatch at 6:15 p.m.  In each case a blunt object was employed to smash the windows such as a rock, brick, or cinderblock.

At this time no suspects have been named.
