Salisbury: Kevin Lee Miller, 46, Registered Sex Offender, Arrested Tuesday on Hurley School Rd. for Alleged Sex Crimes with a Child Under 15

♦ According to Rowan County Sheriff’s Office sources Kevin Lee Miller, 46, a registered sex offender living at 1376 Hurley School Road in Salisbury, was arrested Tuesday at 6:01 p.m. at his residence for allegedly touching a female under the age of 15 inappropriately.  The alleged incident happened on November 25th.  The youngster, said to be an acquaintance of Miller, reported the alleged the offense to her mother who brought the incident to the attention of the Rowan County Sheriff’s office.

Under a secured $75,0000 bond, Miller is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center

Miller became a registered sex offender after his 2007 conviction in Oregon for 2nd degree attempted rape and first-degree attempted sexual abuse resulting from a sting set up by  Clackamas, Oregon detectives and was televised on the weekly national TV series “To Catch a Predator”.
