Salisbury: Burglar Plunders N. Craige Street Home for $14,065 Worth of Jewelry, Coins, Computers, TVs, and Clothing

♦ While everyone was talking this week about Salisbury’s chart topping murders and arsons per capita in North Carolina cities with populations of 25,000 and above, the burglaries, home invasions, and break-ins continued with no let up in the hard scrabble city of 34,000 people.

According to Salisbury Police sources Shana Morrow, 26, of 729 N. Craige Street and Cadeidre Sullivan, 31, of N. Long Street were victims of a “burglary-unlawful entry” at 729 N. Craige Street on Saturday sometime Friday night or early Saturday morning.  A burglar entered through a window and exited through the front door after sacking the residence for jewelry, coins, computers, televisions, clothing, and shoes.  Stolen items were valued at $14,065.  The crime was reported to 911 dispatch at 1:55 a.m.  No injuries were reported.
