Al Heggins Remains the Top Vote Getter after the Board of Elections Met Today and Counted 47 Absentee Ballots and 20 Provisional Ballots

♦ On Tuesday the Rowan Board of Elections met and finalized the voting for Salisbury’s City Council by counting 47 absentee ballots and 20 provisional ballots.  Al Heggins remained the top vote getter by slim margin of 10 votes over David Post.  The order of finish remained as it was on Election night November 7th.

Here are Tuesday’s final vote totals for Salisbury City Council.  The first 5 will be on Salisbury City Council:
