Salisbury: Bobby Dearl Locklear Arrested on N. Shaver This Morning Allegedly for the “Thelma’s Downtown” Burglary on September 22nd

♦ Salisbury Police sources report that Bobby Dearl Locklear, 37, of the Streets of Salisbury, was arrested at 1:08 a.m. Saturday morning at the intersection of N. Shaver and E. Council Streets after a week long hunt for Locklear for allegedly for burglarizing Thelma’s Downtown at 105 E. Fisher Street on Friday September 22nd.  A security video led to Locklear identification and arrest.

Handcuffed and taken into custody, Locklear was charged with “breaking and entering-building” (felony) and larceny (felony). Under a secured $30,000 bond, he is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center.
