♦ Great news for sports bar fans and great wings lovers, Buffalo Wild Wings on 1519 E. Innes Street moves closer to opening, despite getting Salisbury’s official greeting: a “forcible entry” on September 10th.  No doubt Buffalo Wild Wings will become the Salisbury’s numero uno sports bar and top wing spot.  According to Salisbury’s formula for opening restaurants and bars, when a successful bar and restaurant opens another city restaurant or bar closes its door (sometimes two).  A fact of life in Salisbury where there’s only so many customers to go around and only so much spendable income.  Say your prayers for East Coast Wings and any bar that plays to the sports bar crowd.

Also opening nextdoor to Buffalo Wild Wings is Chipotle with its make your own Mexican Burrito style cuisine.  They could conceivably siphon off customers from Go Burrito an RFP fave “make your own burrito joint and lounge” unfortunately in Salisbury’s triggerhappy Downtown.
