Salisbury: Eric Hyman, Wanted for Allegedly Shooting and Stabbing Rodney Carpenter on August 27th, was Arrested in Georgia

♦ Eric George Hyman, 29, of 122 Clancy Street, sought by the Salisbury Police for allegedly shooting and stabbing Rodney Carpenter during an early morning home invasion at 211 Vanderford Street on Sunday August 27th, was arrested in Georgia according to Salisbury Police sources. He will be extradited back to Salisbury in the coming days.

According to warrants Hyman faces charges of attempted murder (first degree), burglary (first degree), and shooting into an occupied dwelling.

Carpenter’s current physical condition is yet unknown.
