Rockwell: Two Felons, Arrested on August 22nd, Pile Up Felony Charges for Allegedly Breaking and Entering Buildings and Vehicles

♦ Two Felons Douglas James Upright, 55, and Ray Daniel Upright, Jr., 45, both from Rockwell and arrested by the Rockwell Police Department on August 22nd, continue to wrack up additional felony charges for allegedly breaking and entering buildings and vehicles. The additional charges were added by the Rockwell Police Department and the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office.  The two men have a lengthy criminal history.

The pair allegedly stole $2,702 in power and garden tools from a storage building on Trexler Avenue in Rockwell as well as allegedly ripping off $1,275 worth of equipment from another Trexler Avenue storage building.
