Salisbury: Bil’lizah Conner Arrested Saturday Morning for Allegedly Stabbing a Man on N. Ellis Street

♦ According to Salisbury Police sources Bil’lizah Judea Conner, 16, a North Rowan High student, was arrested Saturday morning for allegedly stabbing Devonte Woods, 26, at an apartment on 530 N. Ellis Street in Salisbury.  A 911 dispatch went out at 10:58 p.m. and officers arrived a short time later.  They found an altercation had taken place and that Woods had sustained minor cuts and stab wounds from a knife.

Conner was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury (misdemeanor).  Handcuffed and taken into custody, she was briefly held at the Rowan County Detention Center where she was released on bond.
