The shooting was reported to 911 dispatch at 1:24 a.m.  Allegedly two men got into an argument about music being played loudly and drew handguns, firing at each other. One of the men identified as Kenneth Durant White, 33, of 822 Carpenters Circle was struck by a bullet in the thigh and was transported to Novant Health Rowan Medical Center.
