Salisbury: Patrick Shine Stabbed Thursday Morning at the Pine Hill Apartments on W. 15th Street. Transported to the Hospital with Internal Injuries

♦ Salisbury Police sources report that Patrick Shine, 25, of 411 Lambeth Drive, Charlotte, N.C., was the victim of assault-knife Thursday morning at the Pine Hill Apartments at 410 W. 15th Street in Salisbury.   A yet to be identified woman allegedly stabbed Shine and then went after Shine’s Kia, damaging it and 4 of its tires with the knife. Damage to the car was assessed at $300 and damage to the 4 tires was estimated to be $300. The crime was reported to 911 dispatch at 2:29 a.m.

Shine allegedly sustained internal injuries from the knifing and was transported to Novant Health Rowan Medical Center.  His condition and the extent of his injuries has not been announced.  Both Shine and the woman were said to be intoxicated.

The crime remains under investigation.  No arrests have been announced in the case.
