Salisbury: Leslie Stefon Felder Assaulted with a Gun Saturday Night on W. Marsh Street

♦ Salisbury Police and street sources report that Leslie Kendall Stefon Felder AKA Leslie Wendall Stefon Felder, 19, of the 1600 block of Bringle Ferry Road in Salisbury, was the victim of an assault–gun by a person unknown to him on Saturday night by 200 W. Marsh Street.  At time of this writing, it was not confirmed whether he was shot in the leg or his wound was from another source.  The crime was reported to 911 dispatch at 10:27 p.m. Felder, who originally showed up at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center, left the hospital when he learned officers were on their way to take a report.

If he was shot, this marks the third time he was targeted by a shooter.
