Salisbury: Break-in at Los Arcos Mexican Restaurant Tuesday Morning at Wallace Commons on Klumac Road. Trio Grabs a Bottle of Liquor and Change

♦ Salisbury Police sources report that Los Arcos Mexican Restaurant at 1311 Klumac Road in Wallace Commons shopping center was the victim Tuesday of a burglary–forcible entry and larceny–from building.  The break-in was reported to 911 dispatch at 6:20 a.m.  3 males gained entry into the building by smashing a glass in the front door with a blunt object and letting themselves inside.  Investigators saw evidence of the trio trying to steal a cash register before they settled for $5 in coins and a bottle of liquor (valued at $25).  The trio quickly left by the front door and were gone.  Damage to the front door was estimated at $300.

The case remains open.  No suspects have been named.
