♦ Superior Court Judge Anna Mills Wagoner, 67, a much respected judge and frequently hailed as the “Toast of the Salisbury Country Club”, demonstrated that even the most legally astute among us can be victimized by crime especially credit card fraud.  On Monday January 23rd at 6:30 Judge Wagoner reported to the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office that she was the victim of fraud–credit card in the 200 block of North Main Street in Salisbury.  Judge Mills’s credit card was used in an unauthorized transaction.  Her card was last known to be secured on December 15th, 2016 during the Christmas season.  The amount charged was not disclosed.

We believe it is a wise gesture for our many readers to secure your financial cards with credit card insurance.
