Salisbury: David Michael Yarboro Arrested Wednesday on Mooresville Road for Allegedly Trafficking Heroin and Opioid Medications

♦ According to sources in the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office David Michael Yarboro, 43, living at 2206 Mooresville Road in Salisbury, was arrested Wednesday at his home after a joint undercover narcotics investigation by the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office and the Salisbury Police Department.  An undercover deputy allegedly purchased significant amounts of heroin from Yarboro on July 19th and August 4th after receiving information he was actively involved in trafficking heroin and opioid painkiller medications.

2206 Mooresville Road in Salisbury:

Yarboro was charged with possession with intent to manufacture a controlled substance schedule I (felony) and 3 counts of trafficking heroin or opium (felony). Under a secured $75,000 bond, he is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center.
