David Jumar White, a Felon Living in Salisbury, was Arrested Friday by S. Long Street in Salisbury for Allegedly Trafficking Heroin

♦ David Jumar White, 33, a convicted felon living on the 600 block of S. Ellis Street in Salisbury, was arrested Friday by Rowan County Sheriff’s Office deputies by 400 South Long Street for allegedly trafficking heroin.

400 South Long Street in Salisbury:

White was charged with possession of controlled substance schedule VI (misdemeanor), possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute controlled substance schedule II (felony), and trafficking heroin or opium (felony). Under a secured $100,000 bond, he was placed in the Rowan County Detention Center. His next court date is on August 10th.
