Salisbury Historic District Under Siege: Victim of Weapons-Firearms on Thursday Evening on the 400 Block of West Monroe

♦ Break-ins, street beatings, and “shots fired” are occurring on West Monroe, Thomas, and Fulton Streets with chronic frequency.  Neighbors are pulling up stakes and moving elsewhere.  On Thursday evening shots were heard in the vicinity of the intersection of 400 West Monroe Street and Fulton Street.

Salisbury Police sources reported that Cailyn Scott Roseberry, 22, was a victim of weapons-firearms at approximately 8:32 p.m. on the 400 block of West Monroe.  He sustained minor injuries from a handgun.
