Sindy Abbitt, the Alleged Killer of Lacynda Feimster During a Crown Point Invasion, Turned Herself in to the Salisbury Police Thursday

♦ Sindy Lina Abbitt, 33, of the 400 block of Jackson, the alleged killer of Lacynda Diane Feimster, 38, shot-to-death during a home invasion on 325 Crown Point Drive on May 24th, turned herself in Thursday to the Salisbury Police and was being processed at the Magistrate’s office.  She being held without bond at the Rowan County Detention Center on the charges of murder (first degree) (felony) and assault with a deadly weapon (felony).  On Friday Abbitt will have her first hearing.

Sindy Lina Abbitt:

Lacynda Diane Fiemster, a mother of four and a waitress at O’Charley’s Restaurant in Salisbury.

Both Feimster and Abbitt were alleged to know eachother.  Mary Gregory, Feimster’s mother, was struck in the face by a handgun during the home invasion and had to be transported Novant Health Rowan Medical Center where she was treated and released.
