Judy Klusman, Rowan County Commissioner, Attacked Wednesday by a Pit Bull on Fulton Street in Salisbury, N.C.

♦ Judy Klusman, Rowan County Commissioner, was attacked Wednesday by an unchained pit bull on S. Fulton Street in Salisbury’s Fulton Heights District.  It was reported she was taken to Novant Rowan Regional Medical Center where she received 13 stiches in one leg and 8 in another.  Neighbors inform us that she is recovering well.

The pit bull is currently on a 10 day quarantine at Rowan County Animal Control.

The Rowan Free Press wishes Commissioner Klusman a speedy recovery.
